I started spinning twice a week at Streaker’s in October 2017, now I sometimes spin twice a day. My passion for spinning combined with healthy eating habits have helped me overcome obesity and diabetes. At 53, I am the healthiest, strongest, and fittest that I have ever been. I hated P.E. in school and considered myself lazy. I’m proof that it’s never too late to turn your health and fitness level around.
